YELLOW FOXGLOVE:  This 90 cm foxglove will sometimes bloom the first year if started indoors in March. Press seed into the soil - do not cover. Grow seedlings at 10 degrees to avoid spindly plants. Transplant in late May about 30 cm apart. Can be seeded outside in June to bloom the following year. Foxglove prefers some shade and well-drained sandy soil. Heavy, wet soils will kill them. Undisturbed plants will reseed themselves. Winter mulch the summer seeded plants. Of the many species and varieties of Foxglove, the yellow is the hardiest on the Prairies. Poisonous - do not ingest the plant.   60 seeds.    P504
