DICRANOSTEGMA: I don't have a common name for this species, and the Latin is a real mouthful - sorry. All the same, this lovely relative of the poppy family, which heralds from China, is worth a try. Sturdy stems and branches, plus large yellow flowers that appear in July and continue on until September, give it a tidy appearance. Although I have transplanted them, it is best to direct seed in late April in the ground. Cover the seeds only slightly. Full sun and average soil is best.   60 seeds.    A088.    Sorry no seeds available for 2005/2006.
